I'm a fan of Flutter, and I think your article would be better is you added your opinion (base on your experience).

Why Dart is a benefits, more than Swift or Kotlin (both open source language)?

Can you quantify Performances ? Maybe compared to react native ?

What do you think about coding / UI designing at the same time ? Is it easy for one developer to do that ? Or this practice should be done by pair-coding with one developer and one UI designer ?
